Justin Waltz

Franchise Business Consultant

Justin Waltz is the Franchise Business Consultant for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving. He brings over 12 years of experience with leadership, management, small business ownership, franchising, HR, marketing and P&L.

Prior to joining the College Hunks team in 2013, Justin spent five years in the junk removal industry for an outside, national system, working his way up from truck team member to lead generator to operations manager and, ultimately, general manager. He grew his franchise location from $200,000 to $1.2 Million amid the recession.

From there, he spent another three years within the junk removal industry, doubling revenue year over year over year.

During this time, Justin also partnered with and purchased a home improvement franchise, which he ran as a managing partner for two years.

Justin's College Hunks Legacy

Justin began his journey with College Hunks as a Franchise Developer. During this time, he developed the company’s current lead generation strategy, held its first-ever Florida Broker Discovery Day, implemented its franchise sales CRM system, coached franchises through field visits and attended various broker and development conferences.

Following a very productive period as Franchise Developer, Justin switched positions in order to follow his passion for the hands-on coaching of franchisees. Now, his primary function is to work with franchise partners to drive profitability and build team culture through his own junk removal expertise.

Justin's Vision For The Future

Going forward, Justin plans to build a solid foundation of successful franchisees within the College Hunks system. He envisions the brand growing to 150-200 locations and $100 million in revenue so that College Hunks can provide its stress-free service to even more clients all across the country.
