Omar Soliman is the CEO and Co-Founder of College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving. As a business management major, Omar attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL.
Nick Friedman is the President and Co-Founder of College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving, the largest and fastest growing junk removal and moving franchise opportunity in North America.
Roman started his career with College Hunks as the corporate Financial Controller. He experienced tremendous success transforming our Finance team into the force it is today, through driving greater focus on understandability and transparency of our financials and metrics. He has taken on other roles in the company during his tenure, heading up several departments along the way while being instrumental in holding the leadership team accountable to our business plan, Franchisee needs and our overall financial health. Roman was promoted to VP of Finance and Operations, where he is tasked with continued execution of the business plan and expanding financial accountability to the entire corporate team. His accountabilities include ensuring the health of the corporate team (financial, operational, emotional), and executing on our core focus, which is Franchisee satisfaction.
Dana Hansen is the Director of Franchise Development. He’s spent 15 years in the franchising industry both in management, development and also as a franchise consultant. Dana has been integral in developing/launching 4 franchise models, he and his teams directly responsible for well over 800 franchised locations over the years.
Prior to franchising, Dana served in the U.S. Air Force, spending time in the US and the Middle East. He’s also been a successful entrepreneur with two businesses of his own.
Dana’s stress-free approach is centered on building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with future franchise owners, his development team as well as the dream teams at College Hunk headquarters in Tampa, FL.
Doug joined College Hunks as their CFO. Doug spent the past 20 years leading various companies in their treasury, finance and accounting functions leading his last two companies to successfully merge or sell to strategic partners. Doug received both his undergraduate and Masters Degrees from the University of Florida.
When not in the office, Doug enjoys traveling, good wine and beer and reading non-fiction.
Doug strives to build leaders through an “Open Door” policy allowing continual communication within his teams and throughout the organization. He is excited about the opportunity to work with a company that not only has core values but actually LIVES them.
Kelsie Ackman is the Legal and Compliance Manager for College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving. She began her career at College Hunks in the fall of 2015 after retiring from stuffy law firms. Kelsie is a true Hoosier as she was born and raised in Indiana and moved to Florida only after attending Indiana University for 4 years and Indiana University School of Law for another 3 years. She is planning on getting her MBA from, guess where…. Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Matt Knapp has been the IT Manager for over 5 years. His goal is to drive efficiency through technology. On a daily basis, Matt oversees the CHHJ Software team, providing enhancements and updates to internal software programs. When Matt isn't in the office, you can find him exploring the beautiful scenery in Downtown Tampa.
Tim is starting his 5th year with CHHJ. It’s been a lot of fun as well as challenging to leverage his experience from corporate jobs here at CHHJ to build a robust Contact Center. He is most proud of the fact that he's been able to maintain the CHHJ culture while rapidly growing the Contact Center from less than 20 agents to almost 100!
He is a dog lover, an avid reader and history buff.
