I appreciated when they were able to put the items in the storage pretty fast. They worked well & efficiently together. Pat was able to install quickly (even in the new ?home?) and thanked him a few times. (Pat?s construction background helps!) Xavier moved well, watched his team very well yet needed direction at times. Russ is newer yet he moved fast. Note: The main glass front in the newly received solid hardwood tv stand broke completely & it was only communicated after it was placed in the new ?home?. So now, I have to buy a new tv stand (ugh!)
