Everyone was excellent. Jordan is the one I spoke with about scheduling, and because of weather issues we had to reschedule a few times but it was totally fine and I appreciated how knowledgeable and polite he was. Darius and Michael (I hope I got the names right!) were great coming to get the couch and getting it away. Also very knowledgeable and polite, quick and efficient while still being careful and safe. 10/10, would call yall to haul again!
