I first contacted for a quote. The quote turned out to be correct. I gave them a list of items to be moved and they gave price for each item, and included labor etc. This allowed me to have a good idea of cost. I appreciate the work they did. The folks in the office as and the driver contacted me with updates of arrival time. Once at my house, they went over inspection of the items and took pictures of any damage I already had on my furniture. Nothing was damaged on arrival and delivery at the final location. They were very careful, used blankets and plastic wrap to make sure nothing was damaged in transport. They were nice and friendly and I am very happy with the work they did.
