We were extremely satisfied with the work Isaac and Ryan did for us during our move. The did an exceptional job and answered every single question I asked.I am a little disappointed about a few things. Ryan came out and did the moving estimate for us and made notes about everything we needed moved. He also said he would send a 26' foot truck to make sure they would be able to move everything for us. Based on the estimate he gave us we booked 3 men for 6 hours. We were sent 2 men (I understand that things happen and people don't show up for work) with a 20' truck. The men were not given a tool box because there wasn't mention on their paperwork that items would need to be taken apart and reassembled. As a result of the lack of communication, Isaac and Ryan were not adequately prepared for our move. They had to borrow our tools and were not able to move everything we had requested be moved. I will now have to borrow a friend's truck to move the remainder of our stuff because we are supposed to be out of our rental by February 28th.I want to be clear that my disappointment has absolutely nothing to do with Isaac and Ryan or the work they did. They made the best of the situation they walked into. I feel that they went above and beyond to make our move as easy as possible on us. If I were to need your services again, I would specifically request these 2 men.

The HUNKS were fantastic. Very friendly and excellent at figuring out how to fit all we had into a small truck!

The three i had to help pack up, move and unpack my belongings were Denzel, Tyrel and Reggie. They were very efficient and chill, so i was very pleased with their service!

Isaac, Tyrell and Ken did a great job yesterday. The moving service is not cheap, but we felt like it was a good value. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly. They took great care with our belongings and worked hard and efficient. We would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks for the help!

Timely, efficient, helpful and pleasant

Thanks so much!!! Your services are amazing. Everyone I talked to via phone and in person were overly polite and over the top customer service. Called and movers were here within 2 hours to remove for donation a mattress and box spring. If I ever need this kind of service again I will definitely use College Hunks and would recommend to anyone.
