I thought the experience was great. The two men were polite and efficient. I do think you should provide them with a credit card swiped, they are inexpensive and its weird to type your card into a strangers phone.

Darrian and Dashawn communicated their arrival and swiftly removed the heavy item we needed removed. I could not have asked for a better experience.

They arrived within the appointment window, communicated estimated arrival time and estimated price clearly, and were courteous.

We have used College Hunks for 2 moves. Both times the service was excellent. Communication was good throughout the process, and the movers were well - trained, professional, efficient, and friendly, making for a stress - free experience all around. The estimate was competitive, and in both cases they completed the job in less time than anticipated. Highly recommended!

Great experience! Maurice and Nathan were awesome! Really wanted a free service, but MOST do not do sofa-beds. Decided on a whim to book something online. Found this place, booked a time (same day!!), then called and spoke w/Melody at the Tampa office to get more detailed information on pricing, size issues, or any extras one MIGHT incur. Be aware pricing may be different for some items depending upon what city/area/# of floors/possibly weight and oversized pieces. For my area, its an extra $40 to take the mattress with the couch. I figure, rather than having the hassle of doing it myself, Id just pay it. I AM in a 3rd floor walk-up. My one issue is that the pricing isnt ON the site. My thinking is that more people might be put off and that theyre hiding something by not having more detailed information on the site. I understand costs may be different, but the ranges that I was given when I called made sense and I would probably have done it anyway. I guess Im just suspicious when there is zero pricing on the site and the appt is booked and they give you quote when there. I get that a lot of folks will do it because its convenient that theyre there. I think I may have been redundant here. All in all, a really fine experience, Maurice and Nathan were professional, courteous, and careful with the moving (I DID follow down the stairs). Thanks a bunch! JN
