The guys did a great job - fast, professional and considerate!

Our movers were very helpful and transparent, they fit as much as they could in the trunk as possible and were good sports about it. Our issue was with management. See, when listing out the furniture and amount of boxes I specifically said we needed to move 3 rooms (not counting living space and kitchen) worth of stuff, yet we were quoted for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit meaning the movers were unprepared, we were unprepared and spent over 9 hours moving things ourselves in a small rental car. I don't understand how something so simple got miscommunicated but it cost us an insane amount of time and labor. Charles, Nate, and Darrion were lovely and everything arrived safely. I just wish they could have taken all that we had to the new place.

Rafael and Manny were both great, courteous, efficient. Office staff (phones) were also very helpful and efficient. I especially appreciated the email and text notices and the phone call from the driver reminding me of upcoming appt, telling me they were arriving, etc. I have been 'stood-up' by a no-show moving company who didn't answer their phones or return messages. your entire staff (office and on site) were very professional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone. I have dealt with many moving companies in several cities over the years, and would rank you among the best!
