Super simple, easy and quick! Called them on a whim as I was lost as to what I should do with broken window a/c, you can't just throw them away. They came within less than 48 hours, called me the day before to make sure I really understood the process, gave me consistent information with the first person I talked to, and then called again when they were on their way to me. They took my payment and grabbed the units, quick and easy.
