I really like when Christine in Winnipeg , Canada answered my phone call. She was so helpful and friendly & patient.She really listened when I described the landscaping edgers I needed removed. She explained how the hunks worked very well. She was a Real Person, not just doing a "corporate script".

AZ and Russ were great. Efficient and kind in an unsavory situation. Abdula has been great to us too for previous moves, but AZ was just a little better (sorry Abdula, AZ made me say it lol).

They were efficient and helpful. The boxes were arranged professionally as well as taking care for no damage in transit. Requested for a few things to help with the organization of storage and they were happy to accommodate, as well as helping with some heavy lifting to get the old space back in order. Very pleased with the service, they really did make it as stress-free as possible.

I absolutely loved the service and care we received from Austin and Cole. They were amazing! They were careful and quick and personable. They took great care to make sure everything was well protected and packed including my piano and leather furniture which I was really worried about. Because of THEM I would highly recommend College Hunks and gave them a 10 out of 10 rating. BUT.......the owner, BOBBY, is a rude, arrogant and disrespectful S.O.B. I really don't know how anyone like him can run a business. His customer service is sorely lacking. I had a 26' truck reserved for 2 months and he sent his guys with a 20' truck and when I called and told him I needed the 26 footer he told me they were short on their larger trucks and this one would be fine - he said the guys knew how to stack (otherwise known as cram) all my stuff into the smaller truck. Finally after much arguing, he magically located a 26'truck and my guys were able to begin our packing and moving. The way I was talked to, treated, and the overall way this situation was handled was unbelievable. How this man runs a business is beyond me. I'm not even sure why his poor employees put up with him. I can only imagine how he treats and talks to them. The real heros are the actual young men who do the moving. Bobby needs to pack HIMSELF up and get the heck out of College Hunks!!!

From the time I called until the time they showed up to quote me, it was a few hours. Then they cleaned up everything within an hour. Great service.

Katrina and Greg called and arrived promptly and happily for my appointment to haul a heavy futon couch away for me. They were upbeat, efficient, and friendly. Two thumbs up!
