On the day of my appointment I received a text reminding me of the timeframe they would be there and then a call from Jermaine when they were about 30min away. This made the process easy since I was ready for them when they arrived. Jermaine, Jean-Robens and Leonard were all very friendly and conversational while still being very quick and efficient. They all made it a great experience and Ill be using this service in the future!

The whole experience was great from the first call to discuss the move until it was completed.
