I really was impressed that they anticipated my request of moving the dresser facing the opposite wall. I started to ask Eli and found that they had already done it.

Was able to get items picked up the same day I inquired and the gentlemen that came for the pickup were prompt, careful when removing items and very nice & friendly.

James was a great leader and knowledgeable about the entire move even when our dryer needed to have an adapt and a different vent he showed us what parts to order on amazon.
