We expected a manager to come and give us an estimate, but the two guys who came in the truck offered to take everything same-day, which saved us a lot of time. I am SO GRATEFUL for the wonderful customer service and friendly service over the phone, which made an anxiety-inducing job for us a thousand times easier.
