Sam and Larry asked questions. It let me know they were paying attention. Sam may also say something like, Can I do this for you? Who would say no.Also had an issue with the elevator at my storage facility. Once Sam and Larry understood what they were dealing with, they started thinking outside the box. One would try getting to the third floor from the stairwell and if that did not work, he would come back and they would talk about it. Such great teamwork! After I called the manager, the elevator worked. They sped up their gear in case something else came up. I appreciate their commitment to getting the job done.

Sam and Alex were terrific! They helped so much. They were fast, courteous, and quiet. So impressed!

They did everything I asked. I had a couple good chairs I wanted to donate. They took them. Junk. They took it. I forgot one thing. They will be back to get it. All in good humor and FAST.

As they were moving, they protected my dwelling (doors, walls, railings, etc.) from damage while they moving the large pieces.

Derrick & Kaleb (sp?) did an amazing job! They were very careful but worked quickly. They had the added challenge of navigating around the seniors in my mothers assisted living building and they were very kind and respectful to the other residents. 3rd time using your service and I will always call your team first! The crew I had were amazing! They took heavy, awkward furniture and moved it downstairs without damaging any walls/ stairs! Very friendly and courteous!
