Meet Our Jackson Team

Parker joined College Hunks as a Franchise Partner in the spring of 2024. Originally from Clinton, MS, Parker brings a diverse background of employment experience to his position at College Hunks. During his high school and college years, he worked in a variety of roles within property management from grounds and maintenance to leasing and customer service. He went on to study radiologic technology in college, where he went on to serve as a CT technologist at St. Dominics Hospital. After starting his family, Parker left the healthcare field to become the owner of a corporate housing company. Parker looks forward to using skills gained from all of these positions to help lead the Jackson College Hunks team. Parker is married to Heather, and they have two children, Finleigh and Beckham.

After spending 37 years in Real Estate Management and Investment, Wayne joined College HUNKS as one of the Franchise Partners in the Jackson Metro market. Wayne is a native Mississippian, raised in Vicksburg, attended Ole Miss as a student athlete and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985. Wayne is an avid sportsman and loves to travel with his wife, Donna. After retiring in December 2023, Wayne was looking for a business to build with his son, Parker, and choose College HUNKS because of their commitment to exceptional customer service and Core Values.
