Nice phone conversations for expected work needs and calls for appt set up and arrival call. I was disappointed to see neither worker wearing work gloves for their protection when fully aware that work would involve scrap lumber and deck parts. This was an outdoor material job and no sign of any wheelbarrow or equipment to aid in the hauling of materials had it been needed
