My favorite core value is "Creating a Safe, Fun, Winning Team" because if your employees are having fun or are having a good time it will make them want to do better on the job. It will also bring in more customers and employees.

My favorite core value is "Building Leaders." It’s a big reason I joined Hunk Nation and I love supporting the teams. My wife and I both grew up in a small town and we’ve lived in 8 different cities during our married life and raising our kids. So we feel this makes us uniquely qualified to know what makes a great experience in moving. We would love to help you and yours “move the stuff you love and get rid of the stuff you don’t.”

When these elements come together, they create a team that not only achieves great results but also enjoys the journey along the way.

My favorite core value is "Building Leaders." Building Leaders is important to me because it is identifying then developing the potential one has to be a leader. I absolutely love this because I think it is important that we have and build good and proper leaders that always strive beyond success and that always want to get better. Being a leader also means to ALWAYS be honest and do the right thing even if you don't want to or when no one is watching. As a leader plenty of mistakes will be made but it's about how you respond to the mistakes and how you learn from them that separates you from being an average to a great leader. And here at College Hunks, we only want great leaders.

My favorite core value is Create a Safe, Fun, Winning Team. I have always been able to connect easily with others no matter what our differences or opinions. I like to keep a positive mindset and promote positive interactions with my peers and co-workers.

My favorite core value is "Create a Safe, Fun, Winning Team" because if you practice keeping a stress-free, safe environment for everyone, it will keep up the morale and strength of the team. And this will help people stay around longer and be happy to do the job and be apart of the team.

My favorite core value is "Building Leaders" because if an associate is struggling or something and I have a method to get the job done faster and easier, why not help. It's the kind gesture for this category that I like.

My favorite core value is "Listen, Fulfill, Delight" because it's very important to listen to our customers so we can give them the best moving experience and fulfilling their needs during the job is also important to make sure the move is a positive experience.

This is my favorite because being a productive and fulfilling team while also having fun and being positive is a very important part of the workplace culture. Being cohesive with both your team and the customers has a positive impact on everybody.

My favorite core value is "Listen, Fulfill, Delight" because I feel it can be the difference from an okay job and good experience to an okay job and fantastic experience and leaving a customer with pride in choosing our company.

My favorite core value is "Building Leaders" because I think "each one teach one" is very important. Anyone can be successful and gain knowledge from a good leader.

And if everyone is cool with each other, then it also doesn't cause any work problems or cause any of us to not want to work with one another.
