My first time using their removal service and will use it again. Was glad to use a coupon to help with pricing, young men were polite- nicely dressed - removed items from my basement rather quickly.

The scheduling of service was quick and easy, and they showed up on time. The movers were pleasant and courteous.

I was very satisfied with the service that was provided. The four men wer courteous and professional which I sincerely appreciated. I do, however, have one remaining problem. My bed has a metal platform which rests on the frame. Its function is to raise the head and/or the foot of the mattress which rests on it. Since it was installed it does not operate at all. I berlieve it was either never plugged in or damaged. The maintenance staff at my residence will not attempt to solve the problem and I am unable to do it myself.
