The guys were fantastic. Very pleasant. Our first appt was 12-2 and,no one came. The system hung up on me 3 times saying there were system issues. That was after being on hold for 30 mins. One time I asked for a callback and it never came. The happy satisfied is for the guys, not setting up and getting to the appt.
