First, I apologize for taking so long to respond. I was very pleased with your timeliness, efficiency, and communication. You kept me informed periodically before the move, answered my myriad questions and always offered assistance it needed prior to moving. Movers called when close by and even brought a much needed cup of coffee upon arrival. The lead coordinated the team and all the movers worked together to address challenges as they arose (moving a large refrigerator-freezer from a very tight spot, really provided an opportunity to test the skills and patience of the team). Moving into my new apartment was just as professional and efficient. The entire job took less than 3 and a half hours. My entire complex commented favorably and several people asked for contact information. Obviously I am very pleased with HUNKS and and would recommend them to anyone. I wish you continued success and again thank you so very much.p.s. My new apartment is considerably smaller than I expected.
