I really liked the guys asking questions regarding the price of things to make sure we understood the final cost. They also allowed me to carry some items and changed the arrangement of items in the storage facility once when we asked. I was surprised to learn that a tip was expected.....a space written on the bill. My husband provided a $200.00 tip which seemed a lot to me. We have moved 2 other times and have never had a tip even suggested. The job was estimated to require about 2 and 1/2 hours and required 4 so we were a little surprised at that, but appreciated that our things were treated with respect. Overall we were satisfied. The labor service was fine as I stated above.
