If they had a doubt or question about *anything,* they always asked me first.If I had to give one or two areas of constructive feedback, it would be that when I text the local franchise owner, he wouldn't reply but instead would forward my inquiry -- without acknowledging it -- to whomever could address it. So, I sat and wondered when and if my questions would be answered. Although the responses were always prompt, I felt that his acknowledging me would've been a better approach.Finally, I do think our movers could've used a bit more care and box-packing materials when packing my breakables-- dishes, glasses, fine China, etc. -- although, blessedly, nothing broke.Nonetheless, I absolutely would recommend CHHJ-Minnetonka to anyone in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area looking for quality, caring, kind, professional, excellent movers with amazing customer service and positivity.
