My fianc? and I moved me from Minneapolis to Rochester, Minnesota, in November 2024, and College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving-Minnetonka was simply the best 10??/10??Our movers were exceptionally polite, professional, caring, prompt and good communicators. If they had a doubt or question about *anything,* they always asked me first.If I had to give one or two areas of constructive feedback, it would be that when I text the local franchise owner, he wouldn't reply but instead would forward my inquiry -- without acknowledging it -- to whomever could address it. So, I sat and wondered when and if my questions would be answered. Although the responses were always prompt, I felt that his acknowledging me would've been a better approach.Finally, I do think our movers could've used a bit more care and box-packing materials when packing my breakables-- dishes, glasses, fine China, etc. -- although, blessedly, nothing broke.Nonetheless, I absolutely would recommend CHHJ-Minnetonka to anyone in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area looking for quality, caring, kind, professional, excellent movers with amazing customer service and positivity. Thank you to Armando and his team, as well as the admin staff, for a simply awesome job.
