I am happy with the job done to remove our roll-top desk and take it to be donated. I thought the desk should have been put in the truck as a stacked unit, not left in two pieces which used more area of the truck and cost me X dollars more.I was also promised a call back concerning a previous job #5913775. We never received information about what was donated nor a donation receipt from Goodwill, Habitat or anyone else. It was for a lot of very gently used furniture including a recliner, sofa, love seat, dresser, nightstand, end table and such. I have not heard back since 8/16/22 for the job done on 5/10/22.I would like answers, even if none of it was taken for donation.I have waited long enough!

At first I was skeptical on the seriousness of this service but after my move this weekend I highly recommend the company but more importantly the crew who did the move. David the mgr and his crew Enzo, Omar and Bruno were very professional and took the care of my belongings very seriousness. They wrapped all my furniture in blankets to avoid scratching/denting the pieces. Making it a true sign of how thorough they were. I highly encourage you to use them for your next move.

Came and picked up my bedroom set. They were early and finished in no time. Thanks so much.

Jason and Dennis told me they could come a bit earlier and called me 10 minutes before arriving. Super pleasant smiling guys, got right into it even though the weather was miserably hot, and didn't stop until they were done. Couldn't have been a better experience. Will no doubt use the company again.

Movers: As promised, i was notified when they were coming and when they arrived. They were prompt, polite, knew exactly how to fit items through door without incident. Reservation person: Explained process and answered all questions very well.
