The two guys who hauled out a lot of garbage from a shed and then broke up the shed itself, did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.The problem was with the first estimate. It was estimated to be a 3/4" full ($679) truck or a Full ($799) truck. However, the contents of a shed & the shed itself filled the truck. -So, the geodesic climbing gym and a few bikes, sander, & shelves in another shed were not removed. -Additional charges for the 2 workers working 45 min. were not explained until after the time accrued. THE WORKERS CLEARLY DID THE CHALLENGING WORK BUT that factor was not explained to me at all when it should have been explained when the first estimate was being determined.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The second estimators who came the day after the work was done, indicated that it would take between $359-$545 approximately. If I consider the 2nd pickup to be about $450, then added to the $915, the job cost approximately $1,365. So, the first estimate max was 1.71 or close to 2X the original estimate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------So, in order to have all of the work done that I had requested, I would have to have paid almost twice what had been agreed upon.
