College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving Nashville Customer Reviews

We hired College Hunks on short notice to unload a container of household items into our new home. Not only did we schedule on short notice, we had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances. The scheduler was amazing, kind, and patient! The scheduling process was easy, the deposit was reasonable, and they were very understanding of the rescheduling. The day of the move, one mover showed up early to prepare, then the others came. They were all amazing! The reason for the short-notice scheduling was due to the absolute horror we experienced with the loaders we hired. Unfortunately, the "hunks" had to work around some very unfortunate container loading - namely boxes falling out the moment they opened the container, among other things. These guys took it all in stride. They efficiently and respectfully unloaded the contents of a 20ft container into our home in about 45 minutes! We actually had to hold them hostage (joking) for a bit until the other container arrived! We were fine with that since they already unpacked so much quicker than we planned! The second container arrived, and it was worse than the first! Boxes had overturned and emptied; everything was falling out the front of the container...it was terrible. These guys didn't complain - just kept moving with respect for our things, respect for each other, and a positive attitude! The entire process, including the hostage situation (joke), and having to repack several boxes that overturned, took about 2 hours! It was unbelievable -- in a good way! IF we ever move again, (which I hope does not happen anytime in the near future), we will be calling College Hunks! Additionally, I was communicating with my realtor during the move and she is adding College Hunks to her list of recommended movers for her clients! We are very pleased with the entire experience, 100%!!Thank you all - from schedulers to the crew! Thank you so much!
