The young men did a good job moving the couch down the stairs. They made good decisions on how they had to move it and everything was great. A job well done ?

They were quick to answer my questions, scheduled a pick up right away. They also gave me a quote, honored my military discount and called before showing up. They rocked!

Noah and Dexter were great! Fast and efficient and so easy to get along with.

I would definitely use College Hunks for short moves. Noah and Dexter gave me the white glove treatment. They were careful with the furniture. They did not ding the walls. They were especially careful with my large glass-framed pictures. And they did not waste time. They were absolute gentlemen. Setting up the appointment through Sherri and Hunter was easy. They walked me through the pricing and they easily accommodated my move schedule. I hoped to complete the move in the same week of my call and they made it happen.Communication before the move date was exceptional. My move was scheduled from 9-10:30 AM on a Thursday. I received a confirming phone call, text messages, and emails leading up to the service date. Communication on the move date was okay. After I made the initial call for status around 9:25 AM to ensure everything was on schedule, I received multiple calls to update me on the truck's status. The calls with updates were much appreciated. Unbeknownst to the moving team, I had been sitting in the parking lot since 8:30 AM waiting on the truck.But this is what I would do differently: (1) I would make the first service time no earlier than 10:00 AM. If 9:30 is the earliest that a truck and paperwork can get picked up from the office, there is no way a customer can expect to see the truck before 9:45 AM. When I heard an arrival time between 9-10 AM, I expected to see a truck within that time frame. The truck arrived at 10:25 AM. Just think, if I was given a timeframe of 10-11 AM; the truck arriving at 10:25 turns into an exceptional experience.(2) Email the estimate and not as a link. The service time frame estimate was 90 minutes. The truck arrived at the pick-up location at 10:25 AM and left the drop point around 11:10 AM; so less than one hour. Before the service date, I was able to make the initial payment and somewhere along the way, I saw an initial estimate. I made the final payment with the driver. I feel the payment plan was explained over the phone, but I did not take notes so I don?t have a good feeling about how I was billed. I am not saying it is wrong; I just don?t know if the billing is correct. I tried to find my estimate in all of the links but now that the job is complete and my file is closed. I would feel better about my experience if I was able to confirm that the billing is correct.(3) Share the paperwork with the customer. I signed ?a lot? of paperwork and received copies of none. It would be an exceptional experience if I had copies of the paperwork. All in all, it was a good experience and, with a few changes, it can improve to a great experience. I appreciate Noah and Dexter for their work. I appreciate Sherri and Hunter for setting this all up.

Ty and Noah Arrived on time ready to work and were very friendly. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me move my mother. We greatly appreciate the service and it was a very good price as well. I would definitely use them in the future.

Noah and Hunter, we?re right on time. Both were very polite and so kind in the way they moved and loaded our furniture into the POD. They worked like a well oiled machine! Smiling and appeared to enjoy what they were doing. Getting towards the end, they even ask if there was anything else that needed to go into the POD! I had forgotten that we had a few totes in a bedroom. They loaded those also and finished on schedule! This was a great experience, I would definitely recommend them and will be contacting College Hunks for their help again. Thank you Noah and Hunter, I deeply appreciate all your help. The guys were very polite, conscientious, patient, and careful,. The truck was very full and they did their best to rearrange and get everything to fit. I also couldn?t find my credit card due to the chaos going on and they waited about 15 to 20 extra minutes for me. I had to interrupt my daughter who was working remotely and she got her credit card out to pay. Course I found the credit card right after they walked out of the house. Again, they were very patient and worked really hard with no breaks. Thank you so much and wish you all the best in your business for the future.

They got the really heavy cumbersome piece from upstairs with absolutely no scratches or nicks on walls, stairs, etc very efficient

HUNKS was terrific! Easy to schedule an appointment, multiple confirmations, call from office the morning of pickup, guys were on time and very polite and nice, price was as I expected. I would highly recommend this company.
