Andrew and his crew were great ! But I had a very big problem with College Hunks cheating and lying on the offer to convince me to use their service. I talked to Ally 3 times and each time told her that to move the items into the storage locker required a completely full 26 foot Uhaul truck and that we needed that size of truck to move all of the items out of the locker. They sent a 20 foot truck with a broken ramp. The TOO SMALL truck meant that only about 70 % of my items would fit in the truck. The broken ramp meant that hand carts could not be used to roll loaded items into the truck requiring much more time and effort. Since the company was charging me $188/hour they ended up charging me 30% to 40% more than the move should have cost. I am protesting those charges, IN THE FUTURE I WOULD STRONGLY URGE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT USING COLLEGE HUNKS SCAM MOVING SERVICE TO SWITCH TO UHAUL, RENT A TRUCK AND USE UHAUL'S MOVING HELP SERVICE.
