Movers showed up on time, worked hard, and got the job done without a complaint. their boss did call them and distract them for a few minutes while they were working which was annoying.

Jordan and Skylar were very easy to work with for what could have been a very frustrating job. They moved items around from 3 storage units to consolidate for a move over the weekend. Both gentlemen were very courteous and accommodating for all my requests. I would love to have them work the job to move me to my apartment on Saturday, August 31. DCHart

A careful and meticulous removal. Jordan was pleasant and courteous and he and his trainee were very careful as they removed the pieces.

I liked the call 30 minutes before getting to their destination but with our pickup I was first told it would be between 2:00 and 4:00Then Taylor called a about 3:30 to say the guys were running a little late and It?d be closer to 4:00 or a little pastAt 4:30 I called back and Taylor said they were leaving Lexington right thenThis is Friday afternoon, late afternoon so it was about 5:10 when the guys arrived Over an hour lateThank goodness my wife and I didn?t plan anything for the early evening You gotta tell customers much more accurately on revising pickup times You WANT TO BE HONEST WITH YOUR TIMES FOLKS

Our junk haulers did an awesome job! Super thankful that they are able to donate some of our old furniture items!

I?m disabled on crutches and use portable oxygen and my husband has heart issues. Bennie and Jordan could not have been nicer or more patient with our chaos. Our move has been rather sudden (death of landlord, selling our duplex day one listed) and another family member medical emergency left us unprepared for today. They managed to get our furniture out and moved to our new address and even waited to load my chair at the end. Also very kind to our beloved Huckleberry who liked both of them, dogs know kind people. I plan to share our experience and their names specifically on facebook and on the Nextdoor APP which is how I heard about your company.
