This is my second haul in a week. I was initially upset because I had asked the crew to call before loading so I could have some things I want to put by the curb for some neighbors. When the crew realized the mistake they were very polite, apologized, and took responsibility and reduced our bill to the size it wouldve been if those items have not been put in the truck they sent me pictures and when were done they overall did a great job. Can tell a team is great and a leader is great when they do a fantastic job routinely or when a mistake is made how they handle it I can say Im happy with the team and the obvious culture of leadership team leader usedand will use CHHJ again

Jeremy and Tre arrived on time and were exceptionally friendly, professional and courteous. They quickly handled my boxes for donation, taking care as they removed them from my home. I would definitely use this service again. They were terrific.
