I was initially disappointed that they were late, and I received no communication that they were going to be late. I didn't realize that I needed to be more specific about what was in the basement, so they didn't take that stuff. Scott did a nice job mentoring the young man with him. Everything that needed to go from the garage was taken, and they cleaned up the area nicely.You do need to improve your communication if you will be late.
