The service we receive ON THE SAME DAY we call them was beyond professional! From the customer service representative that did everything she could to get a franchise that could help us on the day we called, to the well-mannered and respectful movers who went above and beyond to provide an EXCELLENT service (they accidentally left some pieces behind because they were not told to load them, so the office manager pick them up and drop them off himself at the destination).Definitely, a 5-Star company!

Movers, Jalen and James were Professional, Personable and Punctual. They are true assets to the College Hunks company and brand. From my initial contact all the way through placement of the last item, experience was best of breed and customer focused. The staff at every touch-point were knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and very accommodating. An added bonus was that everyone I spoke with was on the same page. No different story or procedure depending on whom you speak to. Excellent!!!
