The lead person was a very hard worker. There was one person (the tallest) who did very little to assist the others. The lead was excellent and very talented when it came to packing the POD. Many thanks The one issue I had with the appointment which was scheduled for arrival between 8-9, was that it was changed, not at my request ,to be from 9:30 - 11:00. I do not know how this happened but I was never notified. This added undo stress to an already stressful day.

Super nice (and super strong!) gentlemen, Jamaury and Marcus came to help me take away some heavy things after I recently moved in to my new house. They had their masks, were very cordial, handled everything beautifully and I felt very safe having them in my home, even though they were strangers to me. Super sweet men. Thanks so much.
