Josh and Ismael were fantastic. Both were friendly and easy to chat with, while focusing on the task at hand. They treated our furniture carefully and were sure not to harm anything in the house as they were moving heavy pieces down a narrow staircase.

The boys ended the visit by giving me a cute little gift bag! Eventhough the gesture was small, kind, thoughtful little things like that are very special and memorable to me. Made me feel like the company actually sees and appreciates their clients, which is rare these days. Felt nostalgic almost.
