The boys ended the visit by giving me a cute little gift bag! Eventhough the gesture was small, kind, thoughtful little things like that are very special and memorable to me. Made me feel like the company actually sees and appreciates their clients, which is rare these days. Felt nostalgic almost.

I was pleasantly surprised with the team that was sent to my home to help me re-arrange of some furniture in my home. The 2 hunks were courteous, professional, friendly, personable with a sense of humor. All went according to plan. Thank you.

As a first-time user for these services, I had done a good bit of researchonline comparing different companies and was very skeptical after reading the reviews.Based on my experience with College Hunks my concerns turned out to be completely unfounded.My initial phone contact turned out to be very friendly, professional, answered all my questions as a new user regarding the company, how they functioned, who they hired and trained, their being insured and bonded, scheduling, plus a lot more. I was expecting to be given a date a week out but received multiple time slots available for the very next day.Within the scheduled time interval, I received a phone call that they would be at our door in 15-20 minutes.Two very pleasant young men showed up precisely on time, did a very thorough download on their operation, what to expect in terms of both the hauling service as well as charges.They were very friendly, professional, highly efficient, made sure that none of the items being moved touched the walls or scraped the carpeting or floors, were done in an amazingly short time and charged exactly what they outlined at the beginning.An unqualified FIVE STAR service from first phone contact to all selecteditems loaded on to their truck.
