Sammy and Elias [Adrian?] were great. There was a lot of furniture and very heavy lift bed. They were professional and funny. Explained everything well and made sure I was happy with the removal service. It was a pleasure having them in my home. One of the really nice things was how respectful they were of each other when discussing the best way to get things done.
I left a review on Google as well, but I would love to give you direct feedback, too. Alexander and Jeremy were fantastic, assessed, quoted, and loaded everything in 45 mins. I had a 4-piece bedroom set and some bags of clothes and they completed the pickup with care and grace. I hope my bed set will go to a family that can use it, it has had many years of love and still has several more left. Thank you to all of you who made this happen, I am incredibly grateful.
