Billy and Joseph did a great job of getting bulky furniture moved through some tough spaces.

Xander and Josh were courteous and helpful and thorough. They helped me clear out my mother's place for her exit walkthrough. This included removing a washer, dryer, a lift, and a ridiculously heavy desk. They evaluated the lift and determined they could remove it. All evaluations were made with an eye for safety. It is especially great for me and my mother to think that some of these items will be donated and put to use again. The lift is only one year old. I am definitely recommended your services. Garreth and Josh were terrific in moving furniture from my home. Josh appeared out of nowhere asking if there was anything to be moved. The entertainment center (in pine) was removed in less than one hours time. I could not have asked for a better two guys to remove it. They were professional and got it out of the house, down eight steps and into their truck in less than 30 minutes time. Thank you Garreth and Josh!

Billy and Joseph were the Haulers and they are great guys. Theyre friendly and got the job done ASAP. They were up front with the pricing and even gave a discount. They didnt even have to but they gave my niece a coloring book and an inflatable College Hunks ball.

I had an old couch, old love seat and some old carpet padding to get rid of. Josh and Tommy showed up within the 2 hour window that I was given, gave me a 20 minute heads up and showed up on time. They were professional and friendly, explained everything, and quickly removed all the items I wanted remove. Finally got rid of stuff I've wanted in a long time.

Tommy and Willy listened carefully, were fast, quiet, removed everything without damaging surrounding materials, and made my life so much easier! Would work with them and hunks again!

TL;DR:- Insanely reliable, you will get scheduled super quickly- Professional, careful, and safe while on the job- Can handle wide variety of items (furniture, appliances, large pieces of junk like a pallet)- Fair and upfront pricing; no surprises- Handle donation and receipts well- Use portion of earnings to give back to the community- Invest in their employees' education and business aspirations- Definitely using College Hunks for junk removal and any future moves-Appointment scheduling-I set my appointment with College Hunks at 11 AM on a Friday hoping for them to arrive within 1-3 hours. They were there in 1! That's an insane turnaround, truly the first time I've actually set an appointment that quickly for a job like this and the team actually came through. Random aside but also important: As a business, I can only imagine how difficult it is operationally to set that all up over a broad geographic area that is this densely populated; mad respect for College Hunks for building out a service like this that is truly that insanely reliable. Majorly impressed, that's insane!!-Work Skill-Jackson and Omar were incredible to work with and help me finish what turned out to be a massive cleaning project. I had a ton of items, including furniture, appliances, and actual junk (including a huge wood pallet) that I was having trouble getting the city to pick up and recycle. This was all in a three floor setting! I also had a few boxes of books I needed lifted upstairs.They did everything, prioritizing safety and carefulness so as not to damage anything. That said, they were also efficient and respectful of the dynamics of the surrounding neighborhood (lots cars going in and out in a tight space).-Price-Pricing-wise, it was completely upfront and fair, and I think quite economical! They were upfront with the estimate, explaining the parts of the estimate that could change clearly and simply (e.g. they knew they might complete my job within a range of about 15 minutes so gave me a worst case scenario as a reference point).-Workforce and Reinvestment in Community-In terms of the impact College Hunk tries to make with the funds they earn, in addition to sustaining a complex business that involves managing a workforce, a fleet of vehicles, and a scheduling operation that gets us this really great service on-demand, they are very conscious! They not only make a point to donate any items that can reasonably be donated, carefully recycling or disposing of others, they also donate to various non-profits to serve people in need. In my case, they highlighted how the funds would go to purchase two meals for kids in need. They also really seem to invest in their workforce, making sure their employees are rewarded for good work and great reviews. They invest in their employee's education or business aspirations. I get the impression that they really are a fantastic early job for anyone trying to make a bigger impact on the world, and it's always amazing to see businesses like College Hunks that actually take that seriously because we need that kind of care towards each other to help each other advance and ultimately make the world a better place!I will 100% be going with College Hunks for my next junk removal when I refresh some more major pieces of furniture (kitchen table, bedroom, office)!
