Very helpful, professional, and really nice guys!

We had another really great experience with CHMJ! They were exactly on time, true professionals and gentlemen. We had a tricky bunkbed that had to be disassembled and reassembled but they got right to work and put it together perfectly! We will be using them for removal of an old washing machine as well. Highly recommend!

Your guys work very hard and they are good natured even when I can tell they are at the end of a long day and are quite tired. But like the Eveready Bunny, they keep on going!

Great company. Fabulous customer service and very professional mover. More and his partner were terrific.Received a call from local dispatcher right after placing my reservation. He confirmed details and inquired if I had any questions. On day of move movers called me prior to scheduled appointment time to give me an updated ETA.Price was excellent and very competitive. I chose them because of their policy to support important causes such as domestic violence and child hunger. I would definitely and enthusiastically use them again!

The team did a great job hustling in an awful rain storm on Monday to move our stuff in. They were careful with our items; braved the storm and worked efficiently. I felt bad that there was confusion re: a few things - the start time and the amount billed; and 4 guys v. 5 guys (we were prepared with cash for tip for four). I appreciated that the team & Seth addressed it quickly and we feel we paid a fair amount in the end. Getting the paperwork before the payment with the start and end time would have eliminated any confusion - but appreciated the quick response and update. Overall - their hustle in the storm was nothing short of AWESOME! Thank you

Great job fast and easy

Your guys were great and the whole thing went smoothly. However, the customer service person who took the booking was really pushy, aggressive and insistent on pushing me into a decision and paying a deposit, although she ultimately cut me some slack so I could make a phone call to the person I was buying an exercise bike from to arrange a time. She also told me that because it was a Monday she could give me a better price, but then when I called back to book, she said she could not offer me a better rate after all-- that's bait and switch. For a 4-mile trip to deliver an exercise bike, I thought the cost was way too high. Not sure why you needed three guts instead of just two. I was also surprised to be charged and extra $40 to shrink wrap the bike for moving! For a one-hour job, I paid a total of $485! Sorry -- you lost me on the first job. I will also post this review elsewhere.
