Both hunks were very respectful to me and to my belongings. There were 2 issues, the sofa was dropped when Jack fell down a concrete step. Also the piano fell 90 degrees onto its back on the truck. I cannot assess any potential damage until these items are unloaded and unwrapped at my final destination.
