I think its important at the time of booking to inform the customer that the arrival times can change and be delayed. I was loading a moving truck to move out of state and was expecting movers between 10:30 to 12 pm.The movers were delayed by the customer before me and didnt arrive until about 2:30 or 3. The delay caused me to leave for my trip to New Mexico at 6:30 and I had to drive until 1 am to reach my first stop. I wish I had been informed that the arrival times are not guaranteed. The movers did an excellent job after they showed up so I was very satisfied with the service.
