Everyone I dealt with, from scheduling to removal, was friendly, courteous and professional. Stefan and Zaccari kept me updated on arrival time and removed my furniture quickly. One thing worth mentioning is that I scheduled a donation pick up, and it seemed like everything was thrown on top of a lot of other stuff without an effort to prevent damage or breakage. This survey says junk removal instead of donation pickup, so maybe there was some confusion after I did the online scheduling. But bottom line, the guys removed the items we couldn't use any more and were great to work with.
