I had John and Michael. They made my move stress free and accommodating. I have no complaints with them. My only complaints is with the communication of pricing before the move. I personally did everything to accommodate the workers. I used bubble wrap, had everything in boxes, had no furniture, had a mattress cover, etc. But I was never told beforehand I needed a TV box. Or needed some miscellaneous items like a vacuum cleaner or a broom to be in a bigger box. I was charged 58$ for 2 boxes. I would have had this ready if I knew this. I feel scammed because of this and cannot recommend your company because of it. The movers were fine though and I don't blame them for anything. I also had to make changes with the address and date a couple times and your customer service is this regard was fantastic.
