The process of hiring the HUNKS was very interesting but ended being one of the most memorable. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we needed junk removal as well as moving services. We closed on a Monday so we hired junk removal for Sunday as well as moving services for Thursday of that week. Maybe 45 min before we were supposed to have our junk removed we got a call saying it had to be changed to Monday. Then we closed on our home and Monday came and no one showed up. My wife was very upset and I called and canceled both the removal and the moving services. I had to hired another junk removal service that evening. I was called that very evening by the owner of the company here and he expressed his most deep remorse and concern and sent my wife flowers for being upset then he and I talked about what happened and we said hey lets give this a second chance. Thursday came the owner came to my home and made sure in person he shook my hand and looked me and my wife in the eye and said thank you for allowing us to make this right. The guys moved us out of our storage unit in no time and the three young men were polite and professional. Despite how this started, i would recommend this company any day.

I really loved the way College Hunks communicated with me throughout the day. They were quick and the process from scheduling to payment was easy.

I had an unpleasant surprise of having to get rid of a large item and was also in a time crunch, needing to get it done before I left town. Another service wasnt able to help out the same day, but the Hunks came through! Special shout out to Thom for his exceptional customer service, making this move work despite a couple curveballs. The guys were awesome but they moved up my appt time by one hour which meant I had to scramble and rush to get to the location and then they were 30 minutes late. Also they told me I shouldn't use my own truck as planned which I understand now but when I booked the appt with your rep, she told me it would be fine to use my own truck. Using your truck was best but it increased the price higher than I had planned to pay

These guys are WONDERFUL. On time, professional, super-cheerful early in the morning! We will DEFINITELY be calling on the Hunks again, very soon.
