Justin and Duane did a great job. They were very attentive in handling furniture and took great care to not damage my new wood floors and freshly painted walls.My complaint is with the admin team. I made itVERY clear when I scheduled the appt that we would be moving many pieces of large, heavy furniture up and down stairs .. this info was NOT provided to Justin and Duane.You need to do a better job communicating the scope of work to your team. To be blunt, I ended up helping Justin and Duane carry several pieces of large furniture - not their fault - because your admin team didnt do their job.

Amont and Anthony were very nice and very careful moving the furniture out of my house. They did a great job.
