The Hunks that came to help me were really nice. I just have an issue with your policy. If there is an issue unforeseen to both parties and theove can not be made the customer should not be charged for labor but only for travel. Also, the Customer Srrvice Representative was not clear about the 2 hour minimum when I had only an hour job at best. With that being said will probably not use College Hunks again. Very unfortunate. Because when I use a company and receive good service I am very loyal.
