The cree was very professional and worked fast and efficient. The only suggestion for the management/customer care service when people call for booking the service please let them know about the various plans and their estimates based on the volume and especially if there are special fee for TVs and labor fees, etc.. Also when I called and said I have a king size mattress no one told me that it costs $300 just to discard it. So I was a bit surprised to pay $535 (expected around $250) to donate my stuff (not everything was junk). If people know in advance about these costs would be helpful. Thank you.

Jacob and his partner did a great job removing everything I wished from my house! They were very careful in doing so. In addition, they went to Goodwill and dropped off for donation my nicer furniture!!
