What a day! I got a text around noon on Saturday from a Buyers agent saying we had a problem at my listing on final walk thru. The house was supposed to close at 9 am Monday morning, and as of Saturday, was still FULL of the Sellers stuff. Upon seeing the house, the Buyer wanted to delay closing. Long story short, the house was in an estate and I was working with the estate attorney on the sale of the house. The family member responsible for the personal property didnt completely understand her roll in the removal of items, so you can imagine my sheer panic when I walked in the house after receiving that text, finding it full of the deceased homeowners items and cluttered badly from the sale remains. I spoke to the family member, who didnt have the ability to move the items, talked to the attorney to get the okay to handle it, and jumped into action.Enter the College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Wichita. I called them immediately, talked to someone (on a Saturday!) about pricing, and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They called 30 minutes ahead of my appointment this morning, showed up looking clean cut and professional in polo shirts, and worked their butts off to get the job done! These guys are a-maz-ing! They were polite and very hard working. Several hours and 4.5 trucks later, the house was clean, swept(!), and ready for its new owner. The attorney didnt have a thing to worry about, and best partwe still closed and funded today! I cannot recommend these guys enough. They will move anyone within the state of Kansas, pick up donations, or haul your junk, all with their white glove service. It was worth every. penny. and I will hire them again!
