Samuel and a coworker whose name we did not catch, arrived exactly when promised and did a great job, quickly removing our items. They told us that one item may be given to Habitat and much of the rest can be recycled. They were both super nice, friendly and efficient. Thanks!

The overall experience was great, easy to communicate with, responsive and on time. The hunks were polite and work hard and effectively. One suggestion, I selected from you menu junk removal and donation. The truck that was sent was a junk truck, a soft top with no protection from the elements. The day they came it was raining hard, I would not allow them to take the furniture for donation, it was in excellent condition and it would have been ruined. You should add some option to the menu that allows for junk remove and furniture, even if the furniture is going to donation. I had to reschedule the following day for a regular moving truck.
