Drew and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure they took as much as possible. The looked at on old box spring that I was not going to have you take, determined there were no springs, and took it. When we did the walkthrough we did not go upstairs. That was at my suggestion since I pointed out that there had only been one item (a desk that was in pieces.) Minor issue and it was my fault but would suggest that you "force" customers to walk through everywhere even if they do not want to. Again, minor issue and they were great.
