Friendly, quick and fair pricing!

Mike and Tyler worked quick and efficiently - I give them positive reviews. I have some negative feedback for Corporate/Call Center. 1) I had a piano moved; I was charged for Labor. This was not communicated to me when I made the appointment and I told the rep I was moving a piano. 2) I was charged a recycle fee for the Sofa Sleeoer mattress; I was not told about this on the call with the rep and I told them I was hauling a sofa sleeper. 3) I was under the impression that useable furniture would be donated, but it was all treated as though it was junk. If I knew that upfront I may have gone elsewhere. 4) We had snow on 1/26 so I called the local contact numbers I had to see if my 1/27 appointment was still good. No reply 1/26 so I called again morning of 1/27; still no reply so I had to call Corporate Call Center and got a call back. We were in a little bind when I chose College HUNKS. More expensive than I had planned for. If not in the bind would have gone a different path. Will I use the services again - Not Sure. But again, I had no issue with the two movers - Mike and Tyler.
