From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding.The leader of the team?who everyone says looks like John Cena?was phenomenal. He?s not just a strong presence; he?s an incredible leader who truly cares about his work and his team. He was training a young man named D-Lo, who had only been there for a month but was eager to learn and did an amazing job. Both of them were extremely courteous, kind, and prompt. I also loved that they called ahead of time, which made everything so much smoother.There was a small mishap where some of my slats were left on the truck, but the leader went above and beyond to personally bring them back early the next morning right after a delivery. That level of service and kindness is rare to find!Every person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to assist in any way they could. They continuously followed up to make sure everything was handled properly, which I really appreciated. They paid close attention to detail and made sure every request I had was met with care.Not only did they do an incredible job moving me, but they also moved the previous residents out of my house. I want to make sure they remember to give those people a referral fee because they truly deserve it!This company is top-tier?10 out of 10, or honestly, 11 out of 10. I highly recommend HUNX for anyone looking for a moving service that goes above and beyond. I appreciate their hard work and kindness, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!
